APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

The Small Print

FOR U.S. ORDERS

If you’re not totally obsessed with your Kymnicole.com purchase, return unopened products within 3 days.. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.


•    When you return your purchase to Kymnicole.com by mail within 3 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

•    Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 3 days.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

1.    Place item in any well-padded envelope or box.


2.    Create and print your USPS RETURN LABEL  and attach it securely to the package.


3.    Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!


Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can TRACK YOUR RETURN. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing! We are unable to accept returns on hazmat items that have been opened.

V.   International transfers of personal data
As a multi-national company we transmit information between and among our affiliates and may also use service providers that are located outside of your country of residence.
